Macaroni Salad Supreme

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 4 Cup (64 tbs), cooked, drained and rinsed
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green peppers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Caviar 2 Ounce (4 Tablespoons)
  Crisp salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl or a container combine macaroni with vegetables.
2. Into the mayonnaise stir vinegar along with caviar.
3. Add to the macaroni mixture, mix well and chill for 2-3 hours.

SERVING
4. Serve on salad greens.
