Fresh Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Cherry tomatoes 500 Milliliter, chopped (2 Cups)
  Watercress 60 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/4 Cup)
  Parsley 15 Milliliter, minced fresh (1 Tablespoon)
  Cottage cheese 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Buttermilk 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1 Dash
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Parsley sprigs 3 (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop cherry tomatoes.
2) Drain it partially.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, add cherry tomatoes, and parsley.
4) Toss together.
5) In a blender, mix cottage cheese and buttermilk. Process on low or medium speed until smooth.
6) Pour the dressing over tomatoes.
7) Sprinkle little nutmeg over it and combine.

SERVING
8) Line salad bowls with lettuce leaves.
9) Garnish with parsley sprigs.
10) Serve immediately.
