Ingredients
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Scallions/1/2 small onion 2 , chopped
  Mushrooms 5 Medium, sliced
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, scallions, mushrooms, pepper, and chile.
Serve on open slices of rye or pumpernickel bread.
