Combination Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 , coarsely chopped
  Onions 3 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Green peppers 3 , coarsely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl.
Chill, covered, 4 to 6 hours.
Makes 8 servings.
