Ingredients
  Canned chicken chunks 5 Ounce (1 Can, Swanson Chunk Style Mixing)
  Chopped celery 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Finely chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Thousand island dressing 2 Tablespoon (From Bottle)
  Whole wheat bread slice 6 , toasted
  Lettuce 4 Ounce
  Tomatoes 1 , sliced
  Hard-cooked eggs 2 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, onions, dressing and chill in a refrigerator.
2) Arrange the lettuce on 2 slices toast.
3) Spread with the chicken mixture.
4) Top each with slice toast, additional lettuce, tomato and egg slices.
5) Top with remaining toast.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
