Ingredients
  Lettuce leaves 4
  Papaya 1 Large, quartered (Peeled Seeded)
  Banana 1 Large, sliced
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

to make dressing, combine all ingredients in a jar and shake well.
Arrange lettuce on 4 salad plates.
Top with papaya and sliced bananas.
Pour dressing over salad.
Makes 4 servings.
