Chicory Walnut Salad

Ingredients
  Endive head 4
  Walnut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use A Handful)
Directions

Cut the heads of chicory across into bite-size slices and put them in a salad bowl.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together, toss them into the chicory, and serve.
