Easy Garlic Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Dried lima beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalk 1 , finely chopped
  Finely chopped celery stalk 1
  Minced scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Minced parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Vinaigrette dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak the beans overnight; drain, rinse and cover with water

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, cook the beans till tender
3. In a small bowl, mix together celery, scallions, garlic and parsley and toss with the beans along with Vinaigrette dressing
4. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight

SERVING
5. Serve chilled
