Hot Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juice extracted
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
  Fresh basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped and crushed
  Parmesan cheese 4 Tablespoon
  Broccoli head 1 Small, sauteed (Use Flowers Only)
  Zucchini 1 , sliced, sauteed
  Sliced zucchini 1 , sauteed
  Thickly sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), thickly sliced, sauteed
  Onion 1 , sliced, sauteed
  Sliced onion 1 , sauteed
  Chopped tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed
  Corkscrew pasta 2 Cup (32 tbs), uncooked (Or Pasta Curls)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients except pasta.

MAKING
2. In a large saucepan, cook corkscrew pasta curls following instructions given in the package.
3. Drain well.

FINALISING
4. While the pasta is still hot, add it to the mixture and toss to mix.

SERVING
5. In a serving plate, place the salad and top with quartered black olives and pimento strips or sweet red pepper.
6. Serve immediately.
