Spinach Orange And Onion Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 Pound, torn in bite-size pieces
  Oranges 2 Large, peeled, sliced; cut slices in half
  Thinly sliced sweet onion 1 Large, separated into rings
  Crisply cooked bacon slices 6 , cut into large pieces
  Cooked bacon slices 6 , cut into large pieces
For dressing
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In a large salad bowl, combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Combine all ingredients for dressing in a jar and shake well.
Pour Dressing over salad, toss, and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
