Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh broccoli 2 Bunch (200 gm), divided into bite-size flowerets
  Broccoli bunch 2 , divided into bite-size flowerets (Use Fresh)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Bacon slices 12 , fried and crumbled
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  White sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, toss fresh broccoli, onion, bacon and cheese.
2. In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.

FINALISING
4. Chill the salad in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

SERVING
5. Serve cold.
