Marinated Carrot Salad
|Carrot slices||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Green pepper||To Taste|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato soup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a pan cook carrots until crispy, 10 to 12 minutes.
2. Removing seeds from the pepper cut into strips.
3. Peel and slice onion and mix with remaining ingredients and vegetables together.
4. Marinate overnight and serve at room temperature.
