Layered Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 3⁄4
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Onion/1 bunch green onions 1 Small, chopped
  Frozen peas package 10 Ounce, uncooked (1 Package)
  Green onions 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, uncooked (1 Package)
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Bacon slices 8 , fried crisp and crumbled
  White sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Either Miracle Whip Or Hellman'S)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In bottom of a large glass serving bowl or a 9 x 12" glass pan Break lettuce into bite-size pieces and layer other ingredients on top in order given, ending with sugar sprinkled over the mayonnaise and finally the cheese.
2. Cover with plastic film (Saran) and refrigerate 8-12 hours.

SERVING
3. Serve chilled.
