Ingredients
  Cubed cooked potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Hard-boiled eggs 4 , chopped
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Crisp cooked bacon slices 7 , crumbled
  Crisply cooked bacon slices 7 , crumbled
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Ounce
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a large serving dish, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
