Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked chickpeas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mung bean sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a serving bowl, mix together the cabbage, chick peas and spouts and toss them with a combineation of olive oil, vinegar and basil

SERVING
2. Serve on a bed of lettuce, sprinkled with parsley
