Ingredients
  Red onions 2 , thinly sliced, separated into rings
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Iceberg lettuce 5 Cup (80 tbs), torn into bite-size pieces
  Romaine lettuce 4 Cup (64 tbs), torn into bite-size pieces
  Thinly sliced zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a storage container, combine onion and mushrooms.
Pour Dressing Marinade over and refrigerate, covered, 3 hours or overnight.
In a large salad bowl, combine greens, zucchini and radish slices.
Pour onion, mushrooms and marinade over top.
Toss lightly and serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
