Salad Bowl Italiano
|Red onions||2 , thinly sliced, separated into rings|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Iceberg lettuce||5 Cup (80 tbs), torn into bite-size pieces|
|Romaine lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs), torn into bite-size pieces|
|Thinly sliced zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs), unpeeled|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a storage container, combine onion and mushrooms.
Pour Dressing Marinade over and refrigerate, covered, 3 hours or overnight.
In a large salad bowl, combine greens, zucchini and radish slices.
Pour onion, mushrooms and marinade over top.
Toss lightly and serve.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
