Strawberry And Orange Salad
|Orange gelatin||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3-Ounce Each)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Oranges||2 , peeled and sectioned|
|Strawberries||14 (Additional Strawberries For Garnish)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice; refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Fold in oranges and strawberries.
Pour mixture into an oiled 6-cup ring mold; refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or until firm.
Unmold and garnish with strawberries.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
