Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Large
  Scallions/Onion - 1/2 small 1⁄2
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium
  Celery stalks 1
  Lemon juice 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Lettuce leaves 3
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop all the veggies.

MAKING
2) In a large mixing bowl, combine all the veggies and sprinkle with lemon juice.
3) Keep the salad to chill.

SERVING
4) Serve the chilled salad on lettuce leaves.
