Green Jello Salad

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Boiling)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime jello/Lemon jello 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Miracle whip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed, drained
  Dry cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan of boiling water dissolve jello, add pineapple juice and let it cool.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well and refrigerate until firm.

SERVING
3. Serve cold or if desired with ice-creams and other desserts.
