Spinach Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Two Servings)
  Orange 1
  Sesame tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Wash spinach enough for two servings nad set aside; peel the orange down to the pulp and section it over a small dish to catch the juice
2. On two salad plates, arrange spinach leaves and decorate with the orange sections
3. In the bowl where orange juice collects, squeeze out all the juice from mthe pulp left on the orange and mix with tahini nad yogurt
4. Add to a jar and shake to combine or blend in a processor over low speed till blended

SERVING
5. Top the orange sections with the dressing and serve
