Ingredients
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained well and flaked (1 Can)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, peeled and chopped
Directions

Combine the tuna, parsley, cayenne pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, and onion.
Serve on open slices of rye or pumpernickel bread.
