  Cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs), shredded
  Green peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a alrge salad bowl, mix together the cabbage, green peppers and parsley; pour a combination of oil, lemon juice, yogurt and cumin in and toss to blend

SERVING
2. Serve as required
