Jellied Cucumber Salad
|Lime jello||3 Ounce (1 Packet)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Boiling)|
|Green onion||1 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Celery stalks||1 , finely chopped|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cucumber||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
1. In a pan of boiling water dissolve jello and salt, add vinegar, onion and celery and chill until partially set.
2. Blend in sour cream and mayonnaise and fold in cucumber.
3. Chill in mold for 3-4 hours until set.
4. Unmold onto a serving plate and serve.
