Ingredients
  Canned water packed tuna 7 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cut green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery sticks 2 Large, diced
  Onion 1 Small, diced
  Apple 1 , diced, unpeeled
  Low calorie dressing 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve on lettuce leaves.
Served with a fresh roll, this makes a tasty meal.
