Ingredients
  Salad greens 2
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (From 1/2 Lemon)
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Wash and pat the salad greens dry with paper towels or a tea towel just before making the salad.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients, toss them well into the leaves, and serve immediately.
