Winter Fruit Salad With Maple Cream

Ingredients
  Navel oranges 2
  Bananas 2
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Pear 1 , unpeeled, cut into eighths
  Apple 1 , unpeeled, cut into eighths
  Canned pineapple slices 20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Grapes 1⁄2 Pound, cut into clusters
  Lettuce leaves 3
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maple syrup 3 Tablespoon
Directions

To prepare dressing, stir maple syrup into sour cream, mixing well. Cool.
Peel oranges and cut into 14-inch round slices.
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise, then lengthwise; brush with lemon juice.
Arrange fruit in groups on lettuce-lined platter.
Place a bowl of Maple Cream Dressing in the middle.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
