Winter Fruit Salad With Maple Cream
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Pear||1 , unpeeled, cut into eighths|
|Apple||1 , unpeeled, cut into eighths|
|Canned pineapple slices||20 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Grapes||1⁄2 Pound, cut into clusters|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||3 Tablespoon|
To prepare dressing, stir maple syrup into sour cream, mixing well. Cool.
Peel oranges and cut into 14-inch round slices.
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise, then lengthwise; brush with lemon juice.
Arrange fruit in groups on lettuce-lined platter.
Place a bowl of Maple Cream Dressing in the middle.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
