Jellied Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon jello 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Lemon 1 , juice extracted and reserved rind
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Velveeta cheese 16 Ounce (1/2 Pack)
  Pimento 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, boil pineapple and sugar for 3 minutes.
2. Add lemon jello, rind and juice of lemon; mix well and let it set until quivery.
3. Add whipped cream, Velveeta cheese and pimento; mix with folding movements.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
