Quick Garbanzo Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Canned chickpeas 6 Ounce, drained
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pared
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared brown mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Oregano leaves 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine all the ingredients together in a 1-quart bowl.
2) Cover the bowl and chill the mixture. Toss occasionally.

SERVING
3) Serve as preferred.
