Grilled Vegetable Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Zucchini 2
  Zucchini 2 , thinly sliced
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Purple onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finley minced
  Pepper red To Taste
  Red pepper 1 , chopped
  Linguine 8 Ounce
  Linguine 8 Ounce, cooked
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Italian parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato 1
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
2 Place the zucchini, onion, garlic and red pepper in the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes.
3 In a large bowl, add the grilled vegetables and cooked linguine.
4 In another bowl, mix together the vinegar, oil, black pepper, oregano, Italian parsley and salt to prepare the dressing.
5 Toss the vegetables and linguine along with the dressing.

SERVING
6 Garnish with chopped tomato and serve,
