Zucchini Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon, minced
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Basil leaves/Fresh basil - 1 tablespoon, chopped 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a salad bowl and mix together lemon juice, olive or vegetable oil, sugar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in it.
2) Mix in rest of the ingredients, tossing well.
3) Chill the salad in refrigerator, covered, for several hours, tossing occasionally.

SERVING
4) Serve cold.
