Marinated Black Bean Salad
|Canned black turtle beans||8 Ounce, drained, rinsed|
|Red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Tomato||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh cilantro/Fresh parsley||1 Teaspoon (Chinese Parsley)|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
|Dijon style mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
1.Take a medium mixing bowl (make sure that it is not an aluminium bowl) and mix together lettuce, sour cream to combine well.
2.Wrap using plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight or for 3 hours minimum for flavors to infuse
3.Take a serving platter and spread lettuce leaves on it.
4.Transfer the bean mixture on the lettuce and top with sour cream.
5. Serve chilled.
