Tasty Caesar Salad

Salads are a great addition to any menu. This Tasty Caesar Salad is sure to add variety and spice to your everyday cooking.
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Anchovies 2
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Egg 1
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Romaine lettuce head 2 Large
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1) In a wooden bowl, add garlic and mash.
2) Add in the anchovies and mash.
3) Mix in the lemon juice.
4) In hot water, warm the egg and separate.
5) Discard the white and add the yolk into a bowl.
6) Blend till thick and creamy.
7) Mix in the olive oil, slowly beating with a spoon till blended.
8) Add in the vinegars, mustard, salt, pepper, and cheese.
9) Break the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add into a bowl.
10) Toss till well-mixed.
11) Add in the croutons and gently toss.

12) Serve immediately.
