Brussels Sprout Celery Salad

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Celery 250 Milliliter, chopped (1 Cup)
  Apple 1 , chopped (Unpeeled)
  Vinaigrette dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash the Brussels sprouts well but remove the outer discolored outer leaves

MAKING
2. With a sharp knife on a cutting board, thinly slice the sprouts
3. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and toss them well with the Vinaigrette Dressing

SERVING
4. Serve immediately
