Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound (2 1/2 Cups Or 225 Grams)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Scallion 60 Milliliter, sliced (1/4 Cup)
  Alfalfa sprouts 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon, toasted
  Yogurt 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves/Spinach leaves 2 Ounce (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium mixing bowl, toss fresh mushrooms in lemon juice.
2. Add rest of the ingredients except for leafy greens; toss well to combine.

SERVING
3. In a salad bowl, line bottom with lettuce or spinach leaves.
4. Top with salad mixture.
