Very Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Carrots 500 Milliliter, shredded (2 Cups)
  Orange 1 , chopped
  Orange juice 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Yogurt 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Freshly grated nutmeg 1 Dash
  Spinach leaves/Lettuce leaves 6
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, tip in the carrots and the chopped orange sections
2. Mix the orange juice with the yoghurt and tip this over the carrot and orange mixture
3. Add raisins to the mixture if desired
4. Sprinkle with dash of nutmeg
5. Toss and combined
6. Chill till serving

SERVING
7. Serve on a bed of spinach or lettuce leaves
