Shredded Vegetable Salad

|Parsnips||3 , shredded|
|Carrots||2 , shredded|
|Sweet potato||1 Medium, shredded|
|Creamy garlic dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or As Required)|
1. In a large mixing bowl, put together all ingredients and toss well.
2. Adjust dressing to get a moist salad.
3. Serve immediately.
Do not peel the scrubbed vegetables before shredding.
