Shredded Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Parsnips 3 , shredded
  Carrots 2 , shredded
  Sweet potato 1 Medium, shredded
  Creamy garlic dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Or As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, put together all ingredients and toss well.
2. Adjust dressing to get a moist salad.

SERVING
3. Serve immediately.

TIPS
Do not peel the scrubbed vegetables before shredding.
