Green Pepper Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Potatoes 500 Milliliter, cubed (3 Medium, 2 Cups)
  Tamari 1 Teaspoon
  Mild vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sesame tahini 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Green peppers 125 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/2 Cup)
  Scallions 60 Milliliter, finely chopped (1/4 Cup)
  Yogurt 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the potatoes by scrubbing them clean
2. Cut them into smaller pieces without removing the skins of the potatoes
3. In a medium saucepan, tip in the potatoes and cover with enough water so that they are covered
4. Cover with a lid and simmer till tender. This will take about ten minutes
5. Drain the potatoes and allow to cool

MAKING
6. In a small saucepan, tip in the tamari and the vinegar and bring to a boil
7. Add the tahini to the pan, mix well and bring to the boil again
8. In a medium mixing bowl, tip in the cooled potatoes, green pepper and the scallions.

FINALIZING
9. Just before serving, pour the hot dressing over the mixture and mix well
10. Add yoghurt and toss again

SERVING
11. Chill before serving
