Orange and Grape Salad

Ingredients
  Oranges 2
  Grapes 250 Milliliter, halved (1 Cup, Large Ones)
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, finely grated
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel the oranges, section it and remove al membranes.

MAKING
2. In a medium serving bowl, put together grapes, orange sections, lemon rind, honey and lemon juice; toss well.

FINALISING
3. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for chilling.

SERVING
4. Serve chilled.
