Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1⁄2
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Scallions 2 , chopped
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Watercress 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Break the cauliflower into florets

MAKING
2. In a saucepan, steam the cauliflower lightly for almost five minutes, so that it is crisp tender and mix it in a large bowl with the other ingredients; allow to cool and chill

3. Serve chilled
