Tossed Green Salad With Toasted Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
  Spinach leaves 4 Cup (64 tbs), loosely packed
  Lettuce leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs), loosely packed
  Jerusalem artichokes/Zucchini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), unpeeled, sliced
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled, thinly sliced
  Mung bean sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Vinaigrette dressing To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash the spinach thoroughly, rinse and separate the lettuce leaves; now, tear both of them into large pieces

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine spinach, lettuce, artichokes, carrots and sprouts
3. In a small skillet, toast the sesame seeds over a medium flame until they turn golden and crackle

SERVING
4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top, add dressing to taste, toss to blend and serve
