Tomato Appetizer Salad Towers

Ingredients
  French salad dressing mix 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or As Required)
  Ripe tomatoes 6
  Frozen spinach 2 , chopped
  Hard cooked egg 1 , shelled
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare the salad dressing mix with vegetable oil, vinegar and water, reading the package instructions
2. Slice the tomato into thirds, keep them in order and brush each part with salad dressing; now stack them back together and add to a shallow dish; chill it
3. Cook spinach according to package directions, drain and mix with quarter cup of salad dressing
4. Spread two tablespoonfuls of spinach on each tomato slice; press hard boiled egg through a sieve

SERVING
5. Stack the tomato slices back in the order over lettuce lined plates and sprinkle with egg and extra dressing before serving
