Ingredients
  Cooked chickpeas 175 Milliliter, chilled (With Cooking Liquid)
  Water packed tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (Unsalted, 184 Gram)
  Swiss cheese/Other firm cheese 250 Milliliter, cubed
  Mushrooms dressing 60 Milliliter, chilled (Italian-Style, 1/4 Cup)
  Spinach 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Artichoke hearts 4
  Sweet red pepper 1 Large, thinly sliced in rings
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Carrot 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Lemon 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Garlic 4 , sliced or mashed
  Broccoli florets 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Red wine vinegar 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Olive oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Mixed herbs 1 Teaspoon, mixed (Such As Thyme, Oregano, Sage, Rosemary, Marjoram, Basil)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, toss and chill

SERVING
2. Serve immediately

TIP
Another serving method is to divide the ingredients into two groups. Toss the vegetables together and serve the tuna on toasted croutons as a spread. The vegetables can be garnished on top of the toast points
