Avocado Jicama And Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients
  Avocados 2 Small
  Ruby grapefruit 2
  Jicama 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste, freshly ground
Directions

MAKING
1. Peel the avocado and cut it into wedges; Peel the grapefruit and cut the fruit into sections, reserving its juice
2. Peel a section of the jicama and slice into thin wedges; place the avocado, grapefruit and jicama pieces alternately on a round serving plate
3. Mix together grapefruit juice, olive oil, salt and pepper

SERVING
4. Drizzle this dressing over the salad and serve
