Honey Mustard Potato Salad With Cumin

Ingredients
  Red onion 2 1⁄2 Pound, scrubbed, chopped to make 1/2 cup (Thin Skinned)
  Celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), thinly sliced
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a four/five quart pan, boil about two quarts of water over a high flame
2. Add unpeeled potatoes to it, turn the heat down and allow to simmer for half an hour until they are tender
3. Drain, immerse in cold water to cool, drain again and cut into chunks about three quarters of an inch in dimensions
4. In cold water, rinse the onion, drain well and add to a large bowl along with potatoes and celery
5. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey, mustard and cumin seeds adn pour it over the salad; season with salt adn pepper and toss to mix well

SERVING
6. Serve as required
