Egg Salad and Lettuce in Buns

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Cooked salad dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sweet gherkins 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Juice from sweet gherkins 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hard-cooked eggs 6
  Lettuce leaves 2
  Buns 4 Large
Directions

MAKING
1) In medium bowl, place mayonnaise, gherkins, onion, parsley, gherkin juice, salt, mustard, and pepper; mix well.
2) Add eggs, mix well until well blended.

SERVING
3) Place lettuce on on portion of bun and spoonful of egg salad.
4) Cover the bun with another portion and serve with ketchup.
