Egg Salad and Lettuce in Buns
|Mayonnaise/Cooked salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sweet gherkins||2 Tablespoon|
|Juice from sweet gherkins||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) In medium bowl, place mayonnaise, gherkins, onion, parsley, gherkin juice, salt, mustard, and pepper; mix well.
2) Add eggs, mix well until well blended.
3) Place lettuce on on portion of bun and spoonful of egg salad.
4) Cover the bun with another portion and serve with ketchup.
