This Old Fashioned Potato Salad is a wholesome treat dedicated to a true salad-lover. This version of Old Fashioned Potato Salad is so full of hearty ingredients and is also relatively quick and simple to make.
Ingredients
  Cooked potatoes 6 , cubed
  Radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thinly sliced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Onion 1⁄4 , minced
  Hard boiled eggs 3 , diced (For Topping)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Combine all ingredients and mix lightly. Chill well.

SERVING
2. Spoon into lettuce cups and shred hard-cooked eggs and tomato wedges on top.
