Spiced Fresh Fruit Salad
|Jicama||1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled, diced|
|Oranges||2 , peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
|Pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Inch Chunks)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a mixing bowl, combine jicama, oranges, pineapple, orange juice, confectioners' sugar and cinnamon.
2) Refrigerate one hour, stirring at times.
3) Peel bananas and slice them into the salad and stir lightly to mix before serving.
