Bean Sprout Bean Curd Salad

Ingredients
  Mung bean sprouts/Soy bean sprouts 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Celery rib 4 , finely chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Bean curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) Combine well.
3) Pour in Vinaigrette Sauce and toss well.

SERVING
4) Serve the salad on salad greens.
