Cottage Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Apples 4 Medium, quartered, cored and diced
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cream style cottage cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a medium size bowl,combine apples, raisins and walnuts.
2 Sprinkle sugar and lemon juice over and toss lightly.
3 In a 1-cup measure,blend cottage cheese and sour cream.
4 Spoon over the apple mixture and toss lightly to mix.

SERVING
5 Serve as a side dish.
