Honey Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Apples 8 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Ripe bananas 2 , peeled and sliced
  Apples 8 Ounce, peeled and thinly sliced
  Frozen strawberries 6 Ounce (Packet)
  Sliced peaches 12 Ounce, drained (Or 1 Small Tin)
Directions

MAKING
1) Heat honey with liquid from peaches, lemon rind and juice and let cool.
2) Take a glass dish and put all fruit in it.
3) Top with honey liquor and refrigerate to chill for at least an hour to allow blending of flavors.

SERVING
4) Serve at once in bowls with cream, custard or ice-cream.
