Honey Fruit Salad
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Apples||8 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Ripe bananas||2 , peeled and sliced|
|Apples||8 Ounce, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Frozen strawberries||6 Ounce (Packet)|
|Sliced peaches||12 Ounce, drained (Or 1 Small Tin)|
1) Heat honey with liquid from peaches, lemon rind and juice and let cool.
2) Take a glass dish and put all fruit in it.
3) Top with honey liquor and refrigerate to chill for at least an hour to allow blending of flavors.
4) Serve at once in bowls with cream, custard or ice-cream.
